Private room with own bathroom in modern home. Home has a large backyard (double lot), r.v parking in the rear and parking in the front. Large garage equipped with air hose. Centrally located in pinnacle walking distance to all amenities. Backyard has bbq, deck, shed and hammock to relax on. All living areas have netflix. Green thumb paradise. Must inform me if bringing a pet. The space House is full of plant's and backyard is fully fenced in. Guest access Shared kitchen and living area's. During your stay Laid back so just let me know if you need a hand with anything, I work a two week on two week off schedule so travel and work a lot . House is pretty quiet most of the time. Other things to note I don't drink or smoke but feel free to do your thing as long as you keep the smoking outside. I stay at this property as well but I'm usually working, at the gym reading or coding.
