There is a private bedroom and roomy, full size bathroom. The private bedroom has a full size memory foam mattress. The cozy little outdoor porch is perfect for a glass of wine or coffee. The whole house is nestled behind a privacy fence. We welcome guests of all races, faiths, genders, and sexual orientations. The space Our quarter acre property is fully fenced and includes two separate houses. Each home has a separate, private entrance and separate private outdoor patios. Our semi private dead end street offers privacy and peace. Walking distance from downtown, old-town Sherwood, there is much to enjoy just a few blocks away. Both homes share the same quarter acre fenced yard. Dogs are welcome but must be on a leash when in the yard area. Guest access Guests can access the whole bungalow and the surrounding yard and patio. There is private parking and street parking just outside the private gate.
