We invite you to stay at our 5 bedroom home located right on the water with 100 feet of beach. This spacious home provides room and amenities for up to 16 guests (12 adults and 4 children - a pullout couch sofa and air mattresses are available with prior requests). Our house is 1.5 miles from the village of Penn Yan where you can enjoy many restaurants, wineries and breweries. There is a playground and public park located .5 mile from the house. Public boat launch is a 1.5 miles away. The house is located about 75 feet from the beach with gradual steps leading you to the water. The yard and beach have both sun and shade areas. If there are any concerns during your stay, a property manager is available to contact your concerns. This past year we have continued our renovation with patio doors, game room remodeling and a new spacious dock with heavy duty cleats and whips to secure your boat up to 24’ in length.
