Lakeside Escape

We invite you to stay at our spacious home providing 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 100’ of beach and amenities for all ages including a Gameroom. Beds accommodate 16 guests (12 adults, 4 children)- a sofa-couch and air mattresses are available (sleeps up to 20 with extra cost of 15% a night) with prior requests. Enjoy the benefits of Penn Yan village where you can enjoy many restaurants, wineries, breweries, stores, playgrounds, parks, trails, and public boat launch. The house is located about 75 feet from the beach with gradual steps leading you to the water. The yard and beach have both sun and shade areas. Other things to note We take pride in providing a comfortable space for all guests. Our home has had many improvements in the past 2 years as our pictures will show. This past year we have continued our renovation with patio doors, game room remodeling and a new spacious dock with heavy duty cleats and whips to secure your boat up to 24’ in length.
