1 double room with a large, quiet garden

A quiet residential area with great links to the city centre. There is double bedroom for rent, with the living room also convertible into another bedroom (sofa bed pulls out into a double bed). This will be a house share with myself. I will be at work 9-5/6pm. It's about a 20-30 minute bus journey to the centre of Edinburgh. Large, south facing garden makes for lovely evenings and being close to a nature reserve makes it an ideal place to chill and watch the wildlife.
