Located at the foot of the Ballon d'Alsace, come and spend a pleasant time in our 3-star "Gîte chez Annette", with family or friends in a quiet location in Oberbruck, a charming little village with all amenities. A house attached to that of the owner for 6 adults as well as a child and a baby, located in a cul-de-sac with very limited overlooking, with a garage for one car, a self-supporting pool as well as an inflatable spa for the summer. The space A 14 m² living room with a sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, and a large table with 6 chairs. A fully equipped 10 m² kitchen with appliances (oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, 2 coffee makers, toaster and kettle) A 10 m² master bedroom with a 160*200 bed, a large wardrobe. A 10 m² bedroom with 2 90*190 beds, a 170 sofa bed, a wardrobe and a small desk. A 5 m² bathroom with bathtub/shower and separate toilet A shower room in the basement with shower, sink and washing machine A garage equipped with a motorized garage door for a vehicle and bicycles Covered terrace with spa, garden furniture Private garden with 4*2 m above-ground pool, table and 6 chairs, 2 deckchairs and gas barbecue Bed linen and towels provided as well as a baby bed, baby bath and high chair. Beds made on arrival. Raclette, stone grill and fondue service also available. Provision of a folding stroller, 3 bikes (men's mountain bike, women's bike and teenager's mountain bike), 2 children's scooters as well as 2 sleds for the winter, possibility of sledding 500 m from the cottage. House not accessible for people with reduced mobility because there are stairs in the 3 possible accesses of the house.
