The space A one-bedroom condominium located at Fame Residences Tower 1, Mayflower Street, Brgy. Highway Hills Mandaluyong City. The location is very accessible to the following: *Greenfield District *Shaw MRT Station *Star Mall, SM Megamall, Shangri-La Mall *FAME Mall - just down the building for your convenience. You will find Alfamart (24HRS Open), Savemore Supermarket, Banco De Oro Branch, Watsons Drugstore, Popeyes Restaurant, and soon-to-open RAMEN Keisuke Tori King Restaurant. Fully furnished unit with FREE unlimited WIFI with 50Mbps bandwidth, access to Netflix, GMA TV Box, and Prime Videos. Guest access The unit is accessible through Smart lock keypad and passcode will be shared on check-in day. Registered guest/s need to submit their valid government-issued ID to the Airbnb listing message at least 3 days before the check-in date and present them to reception desk on arrival. Other things to note POOL ACCESS Pools are accessible on the 7th Floor of Tower 1 from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. A maximum of 2 guests per unit can use the pool per day with CHARGES: Pre-registration is required, please coordinate directly with the reception. Pre-registration needs to be done between Monday-Friday. P150/guest- on regular days (weekdays or weekends) P300/guest- on Holidays The pool is closed every Monday due to maintenance. PARKING 1. Greenfield Parking (Mayflower Street, behind Fame Residences) Parking Fee: P50 - 1st 3 hours P10 per succeeding hour Overnight - P200 plus parking fee (applies when you enter before 12am and exit after 10am. 2. FAME Residences Parking Parking spaces are available in front of the building and inside. Parking fees: P30- first 2 hours P30- succeeding hour after the 1st two hours P300- for 12 hours of parking. Please directly communicate with the parking attendant for payment and for any questions. SECURITY DEPOSIT Upon check-in, the host will collect P500/guest as a security deposit. Don't worry, this is totally refundable upon checkout after we verified that no damage has been incurred during your stay Any damage within the unit will be borne by the guest/s. This includes, but not limited to, wall damage, stained beddings, pillows, sheet, towels, sofa, broken displays etc. A list of stain cost is available in the unit. EARLY/LATE Check-in & Checkout Early / Late check-in & checkout can be accommodated depending on the availability of the unit. Please coordinate with us before making the reservation.
