The cottage is centrally located on tranquil Lily Pond. It provides quick access to ATV/snowmobile trails, golf, hiking/biking, local bar/restaurants and a variety of water activities. Lily Pond connects to Brantingham Lake via a channel providing easy access to the lake fun while preserving the soft sounds of nature in the Adirondacks. Surrounded by three sides of water this cottage has great views and the soft sounds of the running water from the dam on the one side of the property. The space The cottage is a 1926 camp with modern amenities and all the charm of the outdoors. The kitchen includes the amenities to cook and bake when your not enjoying outdoor activities. The enclosed porch has wonderful water views without the bugs or rain. There is a grill, outside table and chairs along with a fire pit for enjoying the evening views and Adirondack air. Guest access The guests have the entire 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage to themselves. The property has two other living structures currently occupied by owner. We share the 2 acre lot and boat house deck for fishing or swimming. Other things to note Don’t forget to bring your hiking boots, bikes, kayaks or other outdoor equipment. You’ll want to enjoy what this location has to offer. It’s close to everything outdoors. If you are a golfer be sure to include your clubs. The golf course is beautiful. If it’s not the outdoors that brings you the Tug Hill winery is not far.
