The house itself is perfect for an IG-perfect retreat: a newly remodeled yard w/pool and volleyball court, 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen w/island for cooking and entertaining, and decorative walls for photos. Host your family reunions, birthdays and bachelor/ettes here! Desert Hot Springs is a residential neighborhood centrally located 15m from downtown Palm Springs. Desert Willow is a brand new vacation home, constructed in early 2022. The design reflects the qualities of the desert while treasuring all modern comforts: ❃ fast, reliable wifi ❃ dedicated workspace/desk ❃ stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, gas stove, and fridge with water filter/ice capabilities ❃ walk-in closet for luggage and clothing ❃ 3 smart TVs with airplay/wifi - just login! ❃ brand new mattresses in every room ❃ brand new showers/bathrooms stocked with conditioner/shampoo/body wash ❃ brand new BBQ grill with outdoor dining ❃ washer/dryer (bring your own pods!) ❃ indoor dining area for 8-10 people ❃ two-car garage with lots of street parking ❃ coffee / tea station ❃ chemex and coffee makers ❃ hot water kettle ❃ stainless steel hotpot ❃ air fryer ❃ blender The yard is newly constructed with ❃ pool (heated upon request) - bring your own floaties for photos! ❃ jacuzzi (heated upon request) ❃ volleyball court - bring your own ball ❃ putting green - we have a putter and some balls ❃ bbq grill a ❃ sun lounge chairs for relaxing ❃ outdoor dining area for 4-6 people The pool/jacuzzi may be heated for an extra fee, please contact us in advance. The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for a daily rate of $100/day (11am - 7pm) and the Jacuzzi can be heated to 102 degrees for 2.5 hours for $50. For eco-sustainability, we only heat both upon request. You may find that the summer months are warm enough to forego it. Otherwise, we are happy to schedule it in closer to your stay! Guests have access to the entire home and yard. We do not live on the property, but we are available and a quick message away! Desert Hot Springs is a destination in its own right, known for its famous hot springs and award-winning drinking water quality. Come check out this sunny year-round paradise! We have two-car garage parking, the driveway can fit two cars, and street parking is free and plentiful. Everything you want to see is a short drive away, but you will need a car to get around. Ride shares also service the area. Please note that there is a noise curfew at 9pm, so no outdoor music is allowed after this time. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed outside - this is a residential neighborhood and we are respectful of our neighbors. For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed OUTSIDE. We monitor the guest count. We have a strict NO PET and NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation. The door to the yard (with pool) has an alarm mandated by the city for child safety.
