Please note that due to the significantly colder outdoor temperatures during November through February, pool and jacuzzi heating is not available. We’ve found that it is just too cold outside to sustain a comfortable warmth during those months. The pool can be heated to 80 degrees for a daily rate of $100/day (11am - 7pm) and the Jacuzzi can be heated to 103 degrees for 2.5 hours for $50. Other things to note Please note that there is a noise curfew at 9pm, so no outdoor music is allowed after this time. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed outside - this is a residential neighborhood and we are respectful of our neighbors. For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed OUTSIDE. We monitor the guest count. We have a strict NO PET and NO SMOKING inside the house policy. $1000 fee will be applied for violation. The door to the yard (with pool) has an alarm mandated by the city for child safety.
