Playia Villa II is a neoclassical villa built at the highest point of Petritis, in the Plagia area. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace. The space The maisonette is built between olive trees and cypresses. The outdoor area is dominated by the private pool as well as the pergola with the gas BBQ, marble sink and workbench. The outdoor dining room will become the meeting point as it occupies a prominent position between the blue of the pool and the green of our garden.
