“Casa Almodóvar” located in the beautiful town of Guánica. Ideal for a vacation with family and friends. Just minutes away from the best beaches and tourist spots in this beautiful town such as: Playa Santa, Tamarindo, La Jungla, El Bosque Seco, Caña Gorda, El Fuerte Caprón, Gilligan Island, and others. You'll also be steps away from the famous Malecon and its spectacular view of Guanica Bay. You can also try the exquisite cuisine that this beautiful town offers. The space “Casa Almodóvar” has all the amenities you're looking for on the vacation you deserve so much. Spacious house with 2 bedrooms, both with air conditioning and ceiling fan, 1 bathroom, living room (futon), dining room and kitchen. It can accommodate 5 guests. ($25 additional per person/night after the fifth guest, 6 guests maximum). Additionally, it has a “family” room equipped with a futon, TV, small improvised table with 2 stools, air conditioning, and a neon sign ideal for taking photos and capturing beautiful memories. You will have access to the house's patio where you will find an area to stay and a Jacuzzi where you can relax and sunbathe. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house with the exception of the laundry room located in the patio, which is reserved for storage. Other things to note We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the house. A $150 fee will be charged for odor removal services. We have a strict NO PETS policy. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a $150 charge for additional cleaning. If you lose the key to the accommodation for any reason, this would incur a $50 charge for locksmith services. No person or visitor who is not registered for the stay is allowed. This could result in an immediate fine and/or eviction without the right to a refund, especially during the established quiet hours. Monday to Sunday 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Unregistered guests who exceed the maximum number of people allowed will be charged a fee of $25/night/person. Our office hours for replying to messages and/or providing any assistance are from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. We appreciate your understanding and will be happy to respond during those hours. The guest acknowledges and agrees that his stay will be only for the days stipulated in the reservation and that he cannot make the property his residence. Any guest who requests housekeeping during their stay will incur an additional charge of $75. Casa Almodóvar does not have beach items such as chairs, coolers, towels, a BBQ, etc. Casa Almodóvar offers certain amenities necessary for your vacation. Some of these are hand soap, body wash, shampoo, lotion, garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and a dish sponge. We do not offer unlimited services or products. It is your responsibility to review everything that is included in the property and stock up according to your needs and the length of your stay. We understand that accidents can happen; however, any broken or damaged item with a value greater than $20 will be charged through the Airbnb resolution center. We conduct a full inventory before and after each booking. The water/electricity utility services provided by the companies Luma and the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority may be interrupted at any time. We live in a country where the system service is not the best. We do not have an electric generator or a drinking water cistern. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
