1 room plus bathroom in family home on a quiet street in The Springs, East Hampton. Great light in the house and fenced in big back yard with a lovely pool. The house is decorated by well travelled generations of family and has a great friendly world charm. We welcome people from all backgrounds who will respect our home as we do. The space Comfortable king size bed in light front bedroom. The bedroom is located up one flight of stairs and first door in the right. Next to the bedroom is a personal bathroom with a shower. The first level is a open floor plan with a living room, a small sitting room, a dining room and the kitchen. The living room has a large TV and fireplace. The first level is shared space. Outside is the deck, backyard and pool. Guest access The back deck and pool area is a great place to relax in the quiet. In the kitchen you'll have access to coffee machine, kettle, stove top. You can have use to the Kitchen and BBQ if you need. All downstairs rooms are shared. WIFI access from anywhere in the house. During your stay I'm a happy well travelled person who will be in and out of the house this summer as well as my well travelled daughter and her Nepali husband. When we are around we are happy to offer any advice or help you need in the Hamptons. We love meeting new people and are always up for a chat but also busy and are happy to respect your privacy. We have two friends who stay with us and watch the house while we are gone in the summer but you may not even hear them as they work a lot. Other things to note We have a sweet 8 year old mix from Nepal, River, who is super mellow. He loves meeting people who love dogs and knows how to ignore people who don’t. If we are traveling he will be with us and not at home. He won't go into your private room.
