A cosy studio cottage in a beautiful location in Hartland. The space consists of living room/bedroom area with separate bathroom, and a separate kitchen. The Kitchen is equipped with an induction cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster & table for 2. (No oven). The living space has a leather sofa & armchair Outside there is a patio garden & table & chairs. Short walk to the village which has 3 good pubs, cafe , post office, doctors, convenience store, fish n chip. The space Please note that the TV is a Smart TV but there is no terrestrial reception so please remember to bring your passwords and don’t forget to sign out of your apps before you leave! Guest access Guests have complete access to the property and the parking area directly in front of the property. There is a garden area and seating area in front of the property for exclusive guest use. The guests can go to our garden with our permission. We are happy to show our permaculture garden and share our homegrown herbs. There are herbs planted in the guest area too. In season we have some of our homegrown produce for sale. Other things to note Generally the WiFi is good but occasionally it might be intermittent as we are in a very rural area. Mobile reception is fairly good as we are near the hill top.
