A modern family unit that sleeps up to 6 guests maximum. 4 adults maximum and 2 kids under 13. It is fully self-contained with own entrance door off the foyer of the main house. Located in the leafy Brisbane western suburb of Jindalee with quick access to shops and bus stops just around the corner. The Airbnb outdoor patio includes a covered area with a table and chairs for six. The pool area contains a gazebo covered deck with large 8-seater table and chairs. Pool heated only Oct to May. The space Entry to property main door and unit door via keyless entry. Open plan dining, living and study area with glass sliding door to private patio area and fenced off pool area with deck and gazebo in a tropical garden setting. Bathroom is small but fully renovated with sliding shower door, vanity and toilet. Kitchen and laundry combined with full size fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, two burner cooktop, convection microwave oven, rice cooker, sandwich toaster, toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine, pressure cooker, rangehood, round sink and full complement of cookware and utensils. Please Note: Our Airbnb can sleep a MAXIMUM of six guests only including infants under two, and a maximum of four adults plus two children, where children are under 13 years old. The bedrooms are adjoining with the second bedroom leading off the master. Suitable for families. There is also a sofa bed in lounge room with a double sized mattress and linen. Bedroom 2 has a safety exit window in case of an emergency. Guest access Full and private access to downstairs property, own private patio, shared pool and deck area. Other things to note Our Airbnb can sleep a MAXIMUM of six guests only including infants under two, and up to a maximum of FOUR adults and children, where children are under 13 years old. The pool is only heated from October to May. It is not heated from June to September. Please do not expect it to be warm in winter, but you can still swim. The Jindalee council pool is heated during winter and has two indoor heated pools. The pool is 1.2 kms away. Child Safety: The property undergoes continual improvement (e.g. landscaping) and therefore it is important that children are supervised at all times as there may be areas which are not suitable for children to access or play in or on. Please be mindful of this and restrict them from playing in these areas to prevent personal injury. Thank you.
