Enjoy picking wild strawberries on the property or watching our resident chipmunks frolic between trees. Whatever your vibe - you'll find peace and quiet. Huntsville is just 15 minutes away for all of your modern-day conveniences. The space A peaceful cabin tucked away amongst the beautiful Muskoka woods, Doma Lodge will be a great home base as you explore all that Muskoka has to offer. Comfortable & spacious inside while privacy & nature surround you outside. Cozy up in the refreshed living room while taking in the views right outside the windows. Lots of great space to spread out & enjoy some great times with loved ones. The gas fireplace offers warmth & coziness in the cooler months, and during the summer the place stays relatively cool with all of the beautiful nature surrounding it. The kitchen offers a generous space to prepare some great meals, with all of the modern day conveniences you would expect- gas stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, all cookware & utensils as well as cooking & BBQ basics. Large dining table for 4 offers a great space to gather round & have a great meal or play some games. Could also double as a desk if working remotely. The principal bedroom is spacious & bright, offering a comfortable queen size bed, fresh linens, a large dresser for storage, generous size closet, ceiling fan, lots of windows & direct walk out access to the brand new deck & fire pit. Perfect to cap off a great day in Muskoka! In the den, located right outside the main bedroom, there is a day bed which converts from a single to a double which can sleep up to 2 guests, perfect for the kids or for a relaxing spot to get into a good book. Please note that the den is open to the rest of the cabin & has no door. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, except for the garage. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy as well with a brand new wrap-around deck with seating and fire pit. Plenty of space for parking as well at the property. Please note that guests do not have access to the garage, unless authorized by the owners. Other things to note Please note that the town of Huntsville requires all short term rental hosts to obtain a license for renting their property. For reference, you will find our license in the bottom of the window by the front door. Thank you for taking care of the property. Please note these extra details: - No parties/events at the property. - No smoking/vaping inside of the cabin or bunkie. If you choose to smoke then please do so outside of the cabin & dispose of cigarette butts appropriately & safely. Do not litter on the property. - No extra overnight visitors. We have great neighbours & care about the community & surroundings up there. - Please observe quiet hours between 11pm-7am daily. Thank you. - Note that there is a security camera on the exterior of the cabin monitoring the driveway area. There are no other cameras on the property. - Note*** the day bed is located in the den, right outside the main bedroom. The den is open-concept to the rest of the cabin with no door.
