Away from the crowds, close to everywhere, anémelie is a family-run, fully equipped holiday home, renovated in 2022. It is air-conditioned throughout, with a swimming pool, 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, large and airy living spaces, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, pool terrace and breakfast patio at the back. The pool is heated in the winter and a pool cover provides safety for children. The space anémelie features sun loungers and umbrellas, front and back patios for lounging, breakfast and dining, a BBQ, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, tea and coffee makers, dishwasher, and all pots, and utensils needed. A washing machine and a dryer are also provided. 5 bedrooms have a queen-sized bed and 2 bedrooms have two twin beds each, all with smart Android TVs. A smart Android 65” IPTV and a Bluetooth speaker are in the lounge. A table-tennis table with bats and balls is in the back patio. Guest access Guests enjoy exclusive use of the property. All bedrooms, living spaces, the swimming pool, patios, the kitchen, the BBQ, the gated private parking, all facilities and equipment are at the guests’ disposal. Other things to note anémelie is not your typical vacation/rental villa. Unlike other properties, anémelie is a private holiday home, renovated by the family, equipped and maintained to a high standard to be enjoyed by the owners’ family. Guests are welcome when the property is not in use by the family, and are expected to care and respect the property and the community while in residence.
