Parking space and pool access are available at additional charge as follows: Pool pass tickets * Regular days: 150 php/pax Holidays: 300 php/pax Public Parking* Car: 200 php/night motorcycle: 35 php/night Parking Pass inside trees residences 250 php (24 hours) Please inform us if you need them , we may need to purchase them before your stay. Other things to note House Rules: ✅Late check-in is allowed until 6:00 PM only. Please inform us at least 1 day in advance if you’ll be arriving late. ✅Late check out with additional charge (depende po sa availability ng unit kung wala kayong kasunod na booking) ✅kung available naman pls advice us at least 6 hours before check out kung mag eextend time ✅Only light cooking is allowed due to sensitive alarm detector . Please turn on range hood when cooking. ✅Strictly no smoking inside the unit. ( Tampering or triggering the smoke detector/fire alarm will result in a ₱500 fine by SMDC) ✅Penalty will be imposed in the event of an alarm due to heavy smoke. ❌No pets allowed. ✅Take care of our appliances as if it was yours. ✅Guest will be charged for lost or damage items. ✅Always practice Clean As You Go policy. ✅Always lock the door and turn off appliances when you leave.
