Beautiful turn-of-the-century house with garden and terrace.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The world becomes fantastically beautiful through the old hand-blown window glass! We hope you have a nice stay with us // Ulrica & Pär The space In the house there are two cats🐈 🐈‍⬛, they would like to be petted😊! Little brother is 8 years old, neutered male cat with a passion for food & outdoor living. Enjoys love and closeness. Friends with the neighboring cats Isa & Jördis (who like to sneak in for a snack). Little brother is a dark grey-striped beauty with black socks & paws🐾! He has a fondness for drinking from the toilet🚽, so please keep the lid closed. Findus is 7 years old and he is also neutered. He is a curious friend who likes to hang out on the couch with people in the evening. Outside for short periods, likes to participate in cooking, office work or other activities where you as a cat 🐈‍⬛ can participate and keep an eye on things getting done. Afraid of the vacuum cleaner, likes to sneak into cars (loves excursions…). Findus is a Findus (you who have read Pettson understand😊)! Findus is light gray with white elements and has white socks and paws🐾! Both like to sleep in the bed🙏! Food in their own bowl on the floor at the dining table (food is in the pantry and they have free access). The water is filled in their bowl that is on the floor next to the kitchen island. They are outdoor cats and can be outside whenever they want. In autumn and winter, it is wise for them to be inside at night (however, it means a tough job to let them in and out at night😅) They go in and out through the terrace door and have a chair outside - the best place to keep an eye on if anyone can see them and let them in after being outside. Towel for dirty paws is hanging in the pantry (Little Brother loves to be dried on paws and fur, but Findus usually escapes the towel😽! Findus always wants candy when he's been out (or about 20 times every day ….candy is in the top drawer of the kitchen island (same side as the water bowl). 5 pieces of candy is a good amount to get on the counter. Little brother always hopes for a click of Bregott at breakfast - served on the floor (where kitchen towels hang). Spoiled guys but it increases interaction and communication! They will love you for interacting 😻 Guest access Entire apartment on the ground floor as well as bedroom no. 2 and laundry room in the basement. Parking in the yard and annex in the backyard (furnished outdoor room in summer. Large terrace (with furniture in summer). In winter, the annex is closed and outdoor furniture is put away. Other things to note Outdoor lighting is controlled automatically and some window lights are controlled by timers (approx. 6-12 pm). Dishwashing detergent for hand dishwashing and dishwasher detergent is in the drawer under the kitchen sink, where there is a garbage bag and bag for food waste. Remote control is on the coffee table. In the kitchen cabinets and drawers, there are dry goods, spices/tea & coffee, etc. - if you want to use something, please do so, but replace it before departure (if you have used only a few spices or a small amount of something else, the house will pay for it😊). Wine, beer or other alcohol is replaced with the equivalent before check-out. Vacuum cleaners and other cleaning supplies are in the cleaning cabinet in the kitchen.
