For guest more than 9 person, it may be too compact for your comfort and we do have surcharge of RM50 for each excess guest to cover some utilities cost. ♢ No extra towels will be provided to the excess guest. Lost or Damage Penalty: 1) Access Card = MYR 200.00/Card 2) Keys = MYR 50/key 👉 As our honorable guests, you will be provided with TWO (2) Access Cards. Both cards can access unit floor, facilities floor and car parking access barrier. Our car park is located just in front of the lift lobby and convenient for our guest. 👉 For additional Overnight Visitor Parking, please apply at guardhouse upon your arrival. (Subject to availability & fees of RM20.00 per night per car parking). 👉 Please take note, there are no daily housekeeping. ♢ We assured fresh and clean linens and towels to be provided upon your check in. Please note that they are cleaned but not iron and may have slight wrinkles/ crumples. 👉 Kindly ensure to take all your belongings when you check out. Our cleaner will do full keeping to remove/dispose items not belong to the home. We will not be responsible for any loss or other valuables claimed to be left in the house.
