Nestled on a quiet, dead-end street, this home is welcoming and pleasing. It has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a full kitchen, a dining area and a living room. The neighborhood is quiet, filled with trees and within minutes of restaurants and markets. The Willamette River and its extensive path system is just outside the front door. The space The house was built in 1920 on a river rock foundation with standard timber framing. We purchased it in 2022 and fully restored it, keeping key period elements. We sought to design a space that is welcoming, bright and functional. It is perfect for up to 5 people. Guest access As a guest you have the entire house to yourself. There are no other people on the property. Other things to note While the interior of the home is fully functional, we are finishing up the front and backyard landscaping. As such, the back patio is not quite ready for guest access!
