(24 mins to St Pete Beach) Restaurants Whether you seek fine dining, Thai or a local favorite, great restaurants guaranteed to please any foodie are blocks away on 4th street or Beach Drive downtown. (10 mins to downtown) Shopping Take a quick drive into Tampa to visit the International Mall across the 275 bridge or drive on 275 South to visit the Ellenton Premium Outlet Mall or the Mall at University Town Center International Mall Tampa(25 mins away) Ellenton Premium Outlets(35 mins away). Other things to note The house accommodates 4 but is unfortunately due to the age of the house and spaces the house is not accessible by wheelchair. We accept guests with positive reviews and legitimate travel. Rates The published rates are for 2 people based on seasonality. Each additional person is $10 extra. Pool The pool is not heated and generally not warm enough to swim December - March Parking Private parking is available behind the house at no extra charge. The garage is not available or included. Kitchen Is equipped with everything you will need to cook meals during your stay. Grilling A Weber BBQ grill is available on the patio. Guests are responsible for providing propane using the available tank. Laundry The house has a LG washer and dryer to use during your stay at no extra charge.
