Leave the city with all its stresses behind as you drive down the 1.5 km private road to a 16th century ‘borgo’ that has been tastefully and carefully restored. Ample parking available. As far as you can see, a tranquil, fairytale setting with multi-coloured tapestry fields, unobstructed views and traditional houses. No road noise. Peaceful. Relaxing. With immediate breath-taking views over rolling hills, farmland, green valleys, and the Apennine Mountains. Vast stretches of landscape are covered by ancient woodlands where the mix of protected wildlife includes the Old World European Porcupine. The local stone and wood buildings are owner-occupied with 3 independently accessed apartments. Completely renovated in 2022, traditional colours coupled with high-spec materials and furnishings create a welcoming and intimate environment. A home away from home. ‘Lidia’ has 2 comfortable bedrooms separated by a shower room with toilet and bidet, well-appointed eat-in kitchen for 4, living room and private terrace with luxury seating and a gas Weber BBQ. Free Wifi and smart TV with access to standard cable, the internet, Netflix and Amazon Prime. The apartment is 80m2 on the ground floor of a three story building. ‘Carla’ is located directly above and ‘Andreina’ is next door. Lidia is naturally cool with sun on the terrace in the afternoon. Roll down shades provide both privacy and protection from the sun. A communal laundry room includes a washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board and space to hang clothes to dry. A panoramic pool is available for the guests of the three apartments. The grounds provide various sunny and shady places to enjoy the loungers. A perfect place to read, write and paint.
