The Villino Luschi is an elegant B&B in the city center in a detached house from the early 1900s, with historical charm, modern comforts and a private courtyard. Three bedrooms with private bathrooms, bookable individually. Close to Lungarno, the historic center, university, Officine Garibaldi, CNR and the green Viale delle Piagge. 15 min walk from the station, 5 min drive from the airport. You can get to the Tower of Pisa in 20 minutes, also via the exclusive access to the Medieval Walls 50 meters from the Villa. The space The Villino Luschi offers independent rooms, each with a private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort for guests. Guests can relax in the shared living room, where tea and coffee are available, or enjoy the tranquility of the private outdoor courtyard. On the first floor, there are two more rooms that can be booked separately on Airbnb, offering additional flexibility for personalized stays. Guest access Guests can enjoy a common area both outdoors and indoors, ensuring access to shared spaces for relaxation and interaction. During your stay I am always available by phone to give you advice and help with everything! If necessary, I can reach you in a few minutes if I am nearby and I am happy to have a chat in English and German. Other things to note The B&B is not located in the limited traffic zone, allowing easy access to parking directly in front of the property. Parking is available at a cost of €0.75/hour from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., with payment in cash or via app, while the rest of the day is free. Just 10 meters from the B&B, you will find a bus stop that offers quick connections to the hospital, the CNR and the train station. In addition, in the parallel street, there are shops that offer a variety of foods.
