Lazy J/C Ranch, two bedroom suite

Our home is on 10 quite acres. Relax & unwind at this unique & tranquil getaway. The basement suite offers a pleasant & enjoyable environment. Listen to the quite sound of the 3000 gallon Koi Pond. We offer a remodeled living room, with a couch, over sized chair and otterman, a recliner, kitchen table and chairs. TV, hulu Netflicks & Prime along with local channels. Keurig coffee maker, coffee, tea, snacks, refrigerater, toaster, fry oven plus more all with in a 1,100 + ft of living area. The space We apologize but we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 7. Two seperate private bedrooms. The Queen room offers a TV, closet, dresser & hotel style mattress. The Native room is a smaller room with two seperate single beds, a 1922 Armoire for your clothes. A full private bathroom with a tile surround shower & tub with non slip on the bottom of the tub. A grab bar, Ceramic flooring, toiletries that include shampoo, rinse & body wash, hand sanitizer, along with fluffy towels, hairdryer, & two guest robes. The large living area offers central air in the summer & central heat in the colder months. A dining table with four chairs, a Comfortable sofa, lounge chair or manual reclainer with a 42 in HD TV with fire stick, Hulu Netflix and WIFI are all available to our guest. We also provide a apartment refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with K pods, Bagel Toaster, Tea Kettle, Convection Oven Guest bar b que & all the necessary essentials that go with these items. Additionally, we offer complementary snacks, bottled water, coffee cups, drinking glasses & wine glasses for our guests to enjoy. Both bedrooms have locked doors as well as locked entrance door & common door that also provides double security. With advance notice for a longer stay we can provide light housekeeping. We have a proactive pest management program in place for the most comfortable experience for our guests. Because we are in a rural location it gets quite dark in the evening. we have motion lights as well as solar lights to guide your way from the car to the entrance. Space is designed for 4 but can accomodate 6 either with the cabin or the blow up beds. Guest access With ample free parking, there are two designated spots one in front of the guest parking signs to the right of the driveway and a over flow in front of the apple orchard by the road. Please let us know ahead of time if you need large vehicle parking. These accommodations have their own private locked entrance directly into the living area through the sliding door. This locked entrance allows you the freedom to come & go as needed. Lighted at night with sensors & solar lights will lead you to the lower patio and entrance. For a additional cost, we offer a Cedar guest cabin (no Facilities) with two twin beds. Ideal for total privacy or a man cave as well as a barn, feeders to accommodate up to 4 head of horses Other things to note Even though this is a country setting we are very close to all major areas of Spokane (20 minutes from the downtown area) for shopping, movies, restaurants etc. We are 45 minutes to the Spokane Valley. We are 4 miles from Deer Park, and 25 miles from Chewelah and its Casino. 18 miles to I-90. The city of Deer Park offers a brew pub, 3 restaurants a grocery store and fast food. ( the restaurants are closed on Sunday & Monday. Additionally, we are with-in 30 minutes of 6 lakes, rivers and 50 miles from Lake Roosevelt. There is hiking, boating, fishing, blueberry pickings well as a multitude of golf courses with in minutes of our home. The winter time brings opportunities to snow ski, cross country ski or snowshoe at Mt. Spokane, 49 Degree North or Schweitzer in Sandpoint Idaho. We are located within 15 minutes of the Cat Tales Zoological facility which allows for a wonderful opportunity to see big cats up close and personal. This facility is south on Hwy 2. The Wandermere neighborhood is 10 miles south of us. It has Fred Myers. Walgreens, many restaurants, pubs as well as a theater. Come and walk our 10 plus acres, enjoy a glass of wine next to the gas fire pit while listening to the gentle babbling of the Koi pond. Within the foothills and mountains surrounding our region there are hundreds of miles of horse/Equine and hiking, biking trails. With our barn set up & our fenced and cross fenced pasture we could with prior permission accommodate up to 4 horses, or mules during your stay. They would have loafing stalls , Water you would need to provide your own hay or other feed. As a bonus we also have a Cedar one room guest cabin. It has two twin beds , chairs TV and a beautiful deck that looks out over the Koi Pond. there are no facilities in the cabin, guest would need to use the facilities in the basement. Ask about the additional fees for the Cabin and the Barn.
