Bayfield Trailer Located at Wildwood by the River

Our trailer has one of the largest lots, it is located on a hill with plenty of tree coverage. You will have access to the property, which includes: living space, small kitchen, 2 sleeping areas, patio & bathroom with running sink, and flushable clean toilet. You will have complete access to park, which includes pool, mini golf ($1 per person), basketball and tennis court, baseball diamond, private river, public clean washrooms with hot showers and more! The space The pictures are a basic idea of the atmosphere you will be receiving. We have updated the TV to a 40inch flat screen with a selection of DVD's. There are also an original XBOX and DVD player up there as well. The main sleeping area is seperated by a door, while the other sleeping area is on the opposite end of the trailer (other side of small kitchen) seperated by an installed large curtain. In common living space there is also a pull out couch. All 3 sleeping areas are fit for 2 average sized people each. The lot is one of the largest and most secluded, being located up on a hill covered by trees. Outdoor space includes a firepit as well as a large patio. The oven is currently unusable, however the kitchen has a working fridge, running sink, toaster oven, and a microwave. On patio there is a BBQ you are free to use as well! You will have 2 parking spots open to your use right at the bottom of the hill of our lot. Guest access Everything included is free to you. Outside of the particular property you will remain within the park which you will also have full access to. This includes: Swimming Pool - Unsupervised Children's Playground & Wading Pool Tennis Volleyball Mini-golf Horseshoes Shuffleboard - Indoor & Outdoor Recreation Hall - Wi-Fi & TV Pool Tables (coin-operated) Fooze Ball (coin-operated) Air Hockey (coin-operated) Dartboards (bring your darts) Weekend Activities Laundromat (coin operated) Walking Trails in Park and Area Fishing - Bayfield River Although we have a working bathroom that includes shower and running/ flushable toilet, the water is cold so we recommend against showers. However there are multiple public washrooms through out the park that have clean hot showers available (one located a 1 minute walk away from our lot) Other things to note Although we are located on one of the largest lots, we are still surrounded by neighbours. If you are renting with the intention of heavily partying we have a right to turn you down for the sake of maintining our reputation within our park. We are located nearby so driving up is very possible, so again, we are pleading you look elsewhere if you are looking to party.
