Quiet little paradise on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel

In the owners' villa, a brand new, warm, comfortable and quiet two-room accommodation (non-smoking) with a separate entrance. A quiet place to relax! The space The accommodation consists of two rooms: a bedroom with a Boxspring bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large living/dining room with a kitchenette (fridge, kettle and coffee machine with milk frother BUT WITHOUT a stove, oven or microwave) as well as a bathroom with shower. The place is ideal for a couple or single person. It overlooks a small garden with seating area (table, chairs and deckchairs). A breakfast kit (granola, yogurt, fresh fruit) for the first morning is offered. The beautiful beach of Gletterens is a 10-15 minute walk. It's like being at the sea: fine sand, natural reed and turquoise water. Please note that we do not accept children in the accommodation, as it is not suitable for this. Guest access You have access to the entire home, which is located in the owners' house. The place is very quiet (dead-end road) and the garden is surrounded by greenery. Bicycles can be left safely in the garden which is semi-enclosed. A free parking space in front of the house is available. It is highly recommended that you have a car. The keys are handed over on site after agreement with the owners. Other things to note The property is located: - 15 min. drive to Estavayer-le-lac or Payerne - 20 min. drive from Morat Old Town - 30 min. drive from Neuchâtel or Yverdon-les-Bains - 15 min. from the A1 motorway exit (Payerne or Avenches exit) The surroundings of the accommodation are full of paths for walking or cycling. The Grande Cariçaie reserve is a paradise for bird lovers, especially in winter.
