The views here at Casa Spisidda are breathtaking, with a wide horizon that embraces the Saracen coast, the Ciavole tower, the characteristic village of Gioiosa Marea and reaches the Aeolian Islands. Surrounded by a green and lush Mediterranean garden, full of fruit trees and Mediterranean vegetation, it offers the best of two worlds: the countryside and the sea. Going to the beach from Casa Spisidda is convenient and fast, both on foot and by car and, thanks to the accessible location, you can choose to visit a different beach every day, choosing it from kilometers of coastline. "Panarea" is a fully furnished, equipped and accessorized studio apartment with 2 single beds (or double) + two single beds (or alternatively four single beds), a table with 4 chairs, a kitchenette with a stove, a sink with hot/cold water, and a refrigerator with a small freezer. Equipped with all the comforts for a nice holiday by the sea, it comes with bath, bed and kitchen linens. Separate cost for beach towels and bathrobe. With a panoramic terrace in 'Aeolian' style, covered with 'incannucciato', with seats and a 4-seater table, you can spend wonderful evenings. Shared use with other guests of barbecue and outdoor post-beach shower (hot water with timed tap). In a special area in the garden there is also an individual clothesline. For the summer there is both air conditioning and a ceiling fan, but it is generally ventilated by being surrounded by greenery. Parking space in the private parking lot located outside the access gate. For stays longer than a week, a complete change of linen is provided, and the washing machine can be used up to twice a week. Guest access The studio apartment is part of a small village, built like the fishermen's houses of the past, unique in guaranteeing intimacy and community, simplicity and romance. Today Casa Spisidda is a small paradise away from the noise of the cities. Located between the green of the gardens and the blue of the sea, it offers a unique experience, cleverly mixing totally private and reserved spaces and common areas, corners to share and others where privacy is absolute. The Casa Spisidda village has a shared main gate and small shared paths from which you can access the private entrance of each of the apartments. In the courtyard, with a spectacular view, you can take advantage of a large barbecue available to guests, for sea view barbecues, in the shade of the trees. A clothesline is reserved for each of the apartments in a common area, not far from the apartments, so as not to affect the aesthetics of the village and to ensure photographs are always free from clutter :-P. A laundry service is available for a fee, as well as a sauna and Turkish bath that can be booked on site. Other things to note SPISIDDA is magical, like its name, which in Sicilian means spark of the fireplace. All apartments have centralized hot water powered by solar energy for the production of domestic water, we are also ecological! Near the house there is a private parking area (with 3-4 parking spaces for guests) located outside the pedestrian gate to the village property. A 10-minute walk away, all the shops you may need are available in the town (pharmacy, bar, newsstand and supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, etc.). The sea, also a 10-minute walk away, is beautiful, as the crow flies under the house - where you can take advantage of an umbrella and sunbeds with an agreement and where you can also rent motorboats for the Aeolian Islands - in the surroundings there are other beautiful ones.
