This is a family friendly neighborhood with lots of parks, amazing restaurants and high end boutiques. Walk to the local farmers market every Tuesday to pick up fresh produce or flowers. Not to mention, miles of pristine white sand beaches just steps from your door. Locals can be found walking their dogs along the Strand, an elevated walking path overlooking the ocean that extends along the entire city. Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities. You'll have access to one on-site parking space. Maintenance crew may access the outdoor space for regular repairs or maintenance as needed. We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies. We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.
