The space Originally two cottages merged into one Tenandeleven dates back to 1837 and covers 3 levels. The ground level has 2 lounge areas each with log burners and smart TV’s, one includes basic Sky service. Sofa bed included so potential additional occupancy. Wi fi is also included. There is also a good sized twin bedroom. All these rooms have great unobstructed views of the local countryside to the rear. The lower ground level consists of a good sized dining area with a table that comfortably seats 8 people. Leading out to a conservatory which attracts sun most of the day and the garden area where there is a hot tub for upto 6 people along with a table and chairs. Again great views. There is a good sized modern, recently installed kitchen including an island and a large stone fireplace, (not currently used as a fire). Leading into a utility area with washing machine, tumble dryer and small wash basin with door to WC. Upper level has 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Master with King size bed and modern furnishing. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and has a dual aspect, again with great views to the rear. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds plus sofa bed with a front aspect. Bathroom 1 has a bath, shower, hand basin and WC, bathroom 2 has shower, hand basin and WC. Just a short drive from several beaches, Snowdonia National Park, Castles, lots of beautiful walks, cycle tracks and fishing. Denbigh golf course just 1 mile away with pay and play available and several zip wire adventure experiences. A great location for whatever you are looking for from your holiday or short break.
