Our window is very heavy and costly to maintain. If guests experience extreme heat, they can open the window, but not open it fully, as windows are heavy and can get damaged. Opening the full window and taking out the latch can cause damage If damage happens, we will need to pass the cost to repair Other things to note This whole building is very quiet,so guest must respect the quiet hours which is 8pm to 9am, No extra guest are allowed in the apartment,smoking is strictly prohibited in this property. Please note that this is a private home, not a hotel—some light dirt or delays in service may occur. We’ll always do our best to keep things clean and can arrange a cleaner if needed. Our goal is a warm, comfortable stay—reach out anytime, and we’re happy to help!
