It is composed on the ground floor of a terrace with table and chairs, a living room with sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, TV cabinet, base table and dining table, on the left a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, washing machine/dryer and a separate toilet. A spiral staircase will take you to the upper floors, on the 1st there is a large bedroom with a 140 bed with 2 nightstands, a desk and a dressing room, on the 2nd there are 2 90 beds with a nightstand and dressing room. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation as well as the private terrace and courtyard. You'll also have access to a closed bike storage room. Other things to note The house is at the back of the courtyard, very quiet, you will naturally have to respect the inhabitants and not make too much noise in the courtyard after a certain time. Beyond 10pm, no noise pollution will be tolerated so as not to disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
