Upon entering the property, the layout is as follows: Ground floor: Vestibule (ideal for golf storage), Living room, Dining room, Kitchen, Bathroom with toilet and shower. 1st floor: Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, and a second bathroom with electric shower over bathtub and toilet. The double bed in bedroom 2 can be set up as twin singles upon request. 2nd floor: Fourth bedroom with double bed that can be configured as twin singles upon request and with a closet toilet and sink. A door from the kitchen leads out to the back garden of the property, replete with seating area and Bbq. Guest access Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. I am happy to communicate with all guests as much as necessary, but will otherwise leave you to enjoy your stay. When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure after 4pm (unless by prior arrangement).
