This home boasts some of the most stunning views in Palm Springs with mountains and palms in nearly every direction, making it the quintessential desert retreat for you and yours. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in desirable South Palm Springs, the home is just minutes from restaurants and cafes, grocery stores and large shopping plazas for all of your needs. Hiking trails, golf courses, and outdoor activities are all just outside your door! The space This gorgeous home has 4 bedrooms (2 with king size beds; 2 with queen size beds), 3 full bathrooms, a fully stocked, high-end kitchen, laundry room, a lovely dining area that opens out onto the resort-like backyard with pool, hot tub, and large patio with plenty of seating. The living room now contains a large new, comfortable couch for movie nights or for relaxing after a long day of outdoor fun. The home is equipped with wi-fi and three of the bedrooms contain dedicated work spaces for those wishing to use the space as a writing retreat. This home is your space to relax, reflect, and rejuvenate. Guest access You will have access to the entire home. Please, make yourself at home, but you will certainly want to spend time outdoors as the home is close to downtown Palm Springs, Indian Canyons, Palm Springs airport and all the desert has to offer. Other things to note -Spa heat is free. -Pool heat is optional and available at a daily rate of $65 per day, $400 per week. Pool heat is suggested during the months of October-May. -Due to previous guests' abuse of the spa & pool heater, sadly, there will be a $200 fine for guests who leave the hot tub running for more than 4 hours at a time, per instance (Please be sure you turn off the hot tub every time you get out). -If you request it, the pool heat will be set to 86 degrees. Guests who heat the pool past 88 degrees will be fined $100 per hour. Anything past 88 degrees can permanently damage pool equipment. The pool heating is run on an app that provides all analytics directly to me. Careful and courteous guests should not have any issues; these fines are not meant for you. All guests receive an instructional video, but please contact me if you are unsure about working the keypad. -Pets are welcomed, there is a 125.00 non refundable pet fee, per pet. -In the City of Palm Springs, Occupant must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are older than 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian. -NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our music out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law.
