However, if the property is left excessively dirty or damaged during your stay (e.g., furniture, walls, kitchen utensils), additional charges will apply based on the extent of cleaning or repairs needed. 🐩🦮 Pet & Service Animal Policy We are happy to welcome pets at our property! However, for hygiene and allergy reasons, only dogs are allowed. Cats and other animals (such as birds, rabbits, or reptiles) are not permitted. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, please cooperate with the following rules: 1. Number of Pets: Only one dog is allowed per reservation. 2. Pet Fee: Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Bringing a pet without prior notice will result in a double pet fee as a penalty. 3. Sleeping Arrangements: Dogs are not allowed on the beds. If pet hair is found on the bedding, guests will be charged for the full replacement cost of the bedding set (sheets, duvet, and duvet cover). 4. Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended inside the property at any time. Please make sure your dog does not cause any damage. Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply for issues such as urine stains, carpet or furniture scratches, or any damage to hard-to-clean surfaces. If you believe you left something important, you’re welcome to return and retrieve it by 4:00 PM on the day of checkout. After that time, any unclaimed items will be discarded. Please keep noise levels low—especially in the backyard—as many neighbors work casino shifts and rest during the day. • Avoid loud music or conversations both indoors and outdoors. • Noise detectors are installed; we will contact you if levels exceed normal limits. Loud noise or disturbances may lead to neighbor complaints and could result in early termination of your stay.
