Grandpa's Place – 2 bedrooms, quiet & close to Germany

Welcome to Pépé's! Enjoy a spacious, quiet and comfortable apartment, ideal for a stay for a couple, with family, or for a business trip. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen/living room, a bathroom with bathtub, fast Wi-Fi and free parking in front of the accommodation. Located just 4 km from the German border, it serves as an excellent base for exploring Northern Alsace or staying in the region for work. The space Chez Pépé welcomes you on the ground floor of our house, on a quiet street in a small Alsatian village. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms: * A large bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed; * A large bedroom with a king-size bed 180 × 200 cm. You will also enjoy a living area with equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, as well as fast Wi-Fi, which is also ideal for remote working. Guest access The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house. I live upstairs with my daughter, while leaving you to quietly enjoy your stay. You can park for free directly in front of the entrance to the property. Self check-in is possible using a secure lockbox, which is particularly convenient in case of late arrival or when I am unable to be there to welcome you. Other things to note Pets are welcome at our place and can stay in the accommodation for an additional fee. 🐾 To help keep the property pleasant for all our guests, we simply ask that you: * Do not leave your pet alone in the apartment. * Not to let him/her get on the beds or the sofa. If extra cleaning is required due to non-compliance with these guidelines, an additional fee may be charged. Please take care of the place as if it were your own home. ❤️
