Centrally located within 5-10 min drive of major medical centers, Wake Forest University, and downtown Winston-Salem. Situated in the picturesque Buena Vista neighborhood, this studio apartment offers gated off street parking, large refrigerator/freezer, and washer/dryer. It is decorated in a modern, minimal style. A relaxing and peaceful place to land after working or enjoying all that Winston has to offer. The space The apartment is located above our two car garage. Gated access to the driveway leads to dedicated parking for up to two medium-sized vehicles. There is a set of exterior stairs leading up to the apartment entrance. It is completely separate from the rest of our house. There is a kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator/freezer, sink) and dining area. The dining table doubles as an excellent desk/work space. Queen size bed, memory foam mattress, and a mix of firm and medium support pillows. The sofa with ottoman is a great place to relax or work on your laptop. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower complete with spray handle. There is a small room just after you enter the apartment that contains a stackable washer/dryer unit as well as a closet area for hanging clothes and storing items. There is also a sideboard storage unit near the dining table that can be used for clothing and other items. Two attic storage areas are accessible and great for tucking luggage out of the way during a longer stay. Guest access All areas of the apartment except one small, locked attic space are available for guests to use. The front and backyards, garage and main house are not available to guests. Other things to note There are keypads to open our driveway gate (from the entrance as well as at the base of the apartment stairs) and a smart lock on the apartment door.
