The Lakeview Perch

The Lakeview "Perch" Cottage is located at the top the Port Dover Marina Hill providing guests easy access to the beach (8 min walk), marina for day boaters (3min walk), shops, fresh perch from local fisherman and lovely restaurants. The space Welcome to our family friendly, home away from home! Where you can relax, put your feet up and enjoy your time in beautiful Port Dover. Focused on family, we have provided you everything you need to make memories at the beach and make entertaining while away easy including toys, books, games and crafts! Leave the car at the cottage, pack up our chairs and beach toys in the provided wagon and stroll to the beach for your fulfilled day! Our open concept main floor is home to our fully stocked kitchen and dining room with space to seat 6 guests along with our comfy living room equipped a pull out sofa and HD TV and Netflix ready TV. Off the main living space, you will find our favourite spot to relax (and sleep), the 3 season sunroom! Furnished with another dining table and two daybeds, it is the perfect place to relax and hang out with friends and family in the warmer months. Please note, the fireplace is decorative only. You will also find our main floor bedroom furnished with a Queen bed and dresser along with one of two, 3 piece bathrooms - our second full bathroom is on the upper level. Upstairs, you will find our fabulous kid room with a double/twin bunk and our master bedroom completed with luxurious king bed and INCREDIBLE lake views. Seriously, the best place in the cottage to "perch" yourself and enjoy your complimentary morning cup of coffee. Need some extra space for your family to hang out and relax? Our basement rec room is the perfect solution complete comfy couches and a flat screen, netflix ready TV. You will also find a access to washing machine and dryer in the basement. Guest access Entire home including shed beside the main parking area is set up for guests. The GARAGE is locked and NOT for guest use. Other things to note Please register all adult guests with host or at least 1 adult per family.
