Our 3rd floor condo with breathtaking Beachfront view is located at the southern most spot on the island! Our complex has two pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, and private beach access. This unit is our second home. We hope you enjoy your stay on the island! The condo has everything you need! So enjoy the beach and everything South Padre Island has to offer! The best vacation is always the next one and we hope you love the view as much as we do! The space Lovely condo that will accommodate 4 people comfortably. Each bedroom has private bathroom access making it a great place for couples or girls weekend retreats! There is a full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen with Keurig coffee maker. Linens and towels are provided. A fully stocked beach closet complete with chairs, umbrella, beach toys and boogie boards for everyone to enjoy is right outside the front door. Shopping for groceries is convenient on or off the island. The private beachfront balcony has seating for four with an unobstructed, breath taking view of the Gulf of Mexico! It is absolutely lovely! Guest access You and your guests will have full access to the condo. The complex is gated and there are two swimming pools as well as two tennis courts. When you are at Sea Vista you will be considered family. The community is gated and you will have access codes to move about and you will have room to park two vehicles. Please check in at the office when you arrive. You will receive a parking card to display in your vehicle at all times. This is important so that your vehicle is not towed.
