Blackberry Bramble Cabin- Comfy Country Retreat
Blackberry Bramble Cabin- Comfy Country Retreat
Description
1934 log cabin tucked in the pines in the heart of Prescott National Forest, steps away from hiking, mountain biking, trail riding, fishing and relaxing but just a short 10 min drive from the heart of downtown. Named for the wild blackberries that grow along the backside of the property, this sweet slice of heaven is newly renovated inside to make your stay in the mountains comfortable so that you feel like you're coming home...after all Prescott is "Everyone's Home Town!" The space This cabin is up the hill from our main log home so you have your own space to enjoy the pines! The main living room is comfortably appointed with a large sectional to snuggle up and watch a movie (with 🍿 of course!) after a day out adventuring. The airy kitchen welcomes you to make a hot beverage in the morning chill before you step outside or to cook a dinner to eat in the cozy dining room. There are basic staples in the cupboard and if you need anything don’t hesitate to reach out to us. End the day by climbing into the lofted bed under a canopy of greenery and fairy lights. A perfect romantic retreat! If you do have a family or traveling companions, there are two auto inflatable twin air mattresses available in the utility room. Linens and extra blankets can be found in the drawers under the bed in the bedroom. The bathroom has a bath and shower. On the sink you will find a custom-made natural soap made just for Blackberry Bramble Cabin’s guests by a MT friend. We are on well water and septic so please follow the guidelines in the binder. There are gentle reminders hung where pertinent. If you forgot something you need, please reach out to us. If you need to launder something while you are visiting please reach out to the hosts. If you would like to host a special event or have another question please reach out to us. Guest access You will have the entire cabin to yourselves up the hill from the main house. There is a fence with a gate to the backyard. You are welcome to wander down if you like as there is a back gate that leads you out directly to Groom Creek. Other things to note Two notes: 1) While we do have highspeed internet once you get here, cell service is not great for most carriers so we recommend you consider switching to WiFi calling while you are still in service (in town) before driving up the mountain. 2) We are right off Senator Highway which is paved and in winter months plowed, however our driveway is gravel and dirt. If for any reason you are uncomfortable driving down don’t worry! We have a large turnout/parking area at the top of the driveway before the gate. Contact us if you have questions. Note: we do have room for RV travelers if you need to park as well.
