We have Glass House Theme Hall, 1 Glass House theme Bedroom cum family room , 3 more bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in Villa. The Glass House theme Bedroom has shear Curtains and won’t offer privacy. However this is my favourite room because you get to see mountains from here . Room is covered with Trees and also connected to Garden and Swimking pool. The Villa has a lavish Garden with more than 50 plants to enjoy the beauty of greenery. The Villa has 3 Terraces on First floor and Second floor from where you can have 360-degree view of Bhimashankara Hills. We also have Gazeebo on second floor terrace. Villa has many indoor and outdoor games for your fun time with family. We have Poker Chips, Housie, Badminton, Dart, Cricket, Frisbee etc. We also have a Tent if you want to do camping on riverside or mountain nearby. We have Barbecue set up to make your evening experience even better. We have JBL Party Box 110 with mic . The sound system is really good and will definitely add to your party mood. You can enjoy karaoke if you love singing. Near By Attraction: There is a beautiful Monsoon River in 5 min walking distance from Villa where you can go and enjoy monsoon river. You can also do camping near river. If it is not raining, Barbeque, Bon Fire etc can also be arrange next to river. Right behind the Villa, we have Bhimashankara Hills where you can go trekking. There are 40 + waterfall which you can see from Villa. You can trek to nearby Waterfall if you wish. Guest access Guests will have access to entire villa Other things to note Our Villa is at Valley of Bhimashankara hills surrounded by Mountains. In Monsoon, there is very heavy rain with high speed wind in that area. Incase of continuous heavy Rain, there may be water leakage from one or two places in Villa . However these leakage won’t bother you . They are at corners . We are trying to fix it asap. Since we are very close to nature, at times insect may get attracted to light and come in villa. Guests are requested to keep the doors/glass window close after evening and put the net. This will avoid insects to come inside rooms. Even after this, if insects come inside, kindly highlight to our caretakers. They will clean the rooms and remove insects. Also, during heavy rains with wind, electricity may go for longer time . At times for full day. You don’t have to worry about it. We have Invertor as well as Diesel generator. Humble request to client to not waste electricity when we are running on power back up. Our intent is to ensure that our guests and us , both win. Our intent is to give best possible experience to our clients . But incase of major problem from MSEB, We don’t commit 24/7 AC to our clients.
