This 3 bed/2 bath home is completely refurbished to give each guest a sanctuary to rest, relax & recharge. The open floorplan gives families room to spend time together, & the downstairs area has so much space to unwind. We discovered this house in 2021, in the process of being moved from its bayside lot. We immediately saw the potential in this house- large windows, spacious rooms & a beautiful front porch. We are excited to give this house a second life & for families to create memories here! The space The house has been completely refurbished and was created with families in mind. This is not a house for parties. All guests must be at least 25 years old with the exception of minors with their parents. The living and dining rooms are an open concept, with an oversized ceiling fan in the den. The floors throughout the house have ceramic tile flooring. The living room has a sofa that makes out into a queen bed, and a chair and half that converts into a twin bed. The dining room seats 8, with additional seating at the counter for 3 more guests. The front porch has seating for 6. The kitchen is stocked with coffee and supplies (k-cups, creamers and sweeteners), cooking supplies, utensils, cleaning supplies, and paper products. It is our intention to supply as many amenities as possible to give you a relaxing getaway. Each bedroom has premium linens and cotton blankets, and the bathrooms are stocked with individual toiletries and premium cotton towels. The downstairs patio has a couch, swing and 4 chairs. There is a ping pong table, ring game, outdoor shower and charcoal grill downstairs as well. Guest access Guest have complete access to this house with the exception of the housekeeping closet in the primary bedroom.
