Description

Experience a lesser-known area of the Delmarva Peninsula. Relax on a quiet stretch of Gravelly Creek, a tributary of the beautiful Nanticoke River. Explore the scenic ecosystem in a kayak or canoe. Discover secluded fishing and swimming holes and enjoy nature on the private dock. BBQ on the back porch and roast up s'mores in the fire pit. Retire to the basement for ping-pong or a movie night and get a workout in the home gym in the morning. And only a 45 minute drive to the beach! The space Small home, but everything you need for a vacation on the river. Located in a quiet family neighborhood. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful but will definitely respect your privacy. Guest access You will have the entire property! There are kayaks and life jackets available for use. If you own a boat, feel free to bring it! We always use the Seaford boat ramp, it's easy and free! The canoe and kayaks will need to be lowered into the water and then brought back out of the water after use. The easiest way to do this is at the right side of the dock. There is a step to use, but be careful as it does get slippery.
