Spend your vacation in our stylishly renovated farmhouse from the 18th The farmhouse with the converted barn is located in the small wine village of Venningen on the Southern Wine Route. The wine oasis of the southern Palatinate is also often referred to as the Tuscany of Germany. The apartment is a wonderful starting point for cycling tours through the vineyards or hiking through the Palatinate Forest with its hut culture and medieval castle ruins. The space The 55 m² apartment "Pfälzer Mädel" consists of a bedroom, bathroom, living room with sofa bed, kitchen and is spread over 2 floors. On the terrace there is a sitting and dining area as well as a sun lounger. The old barn of the farmhouse was converted into a vacation apartment with terrace and has underfloor heating on each floor. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm). In the living room there is also a sofa bed (140 cm x 200 cm). Duvets and pillows as well as all necessary bed covers will be provided. The kitchen has the necessary kitchen appliances (filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer) and is well equipped. In the living room is a dining table, a sofa and a TV with satellite connection. Both floors have a daylight bathroom with shower and toilet. Hair dryer, soap, toilet paper and towels are also provided by us. There is also a laundry room for washing, drying and ironing. The courtyard can be used for short-term parking for loading and unloading. In the longer term, you can park your vehicle in the public, free parking spaces right in front of the house or nearby. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment and allergy-friendly, so unfortunately no pets are allowed. In the immediate vicinity there are sightseeing destinations such as the Villa Ludwigshöhe, the Hambach Palace and a cable car to the Rietburg as well as the cities of Landau, Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Speyer, Worms and Heidelberg. Also not far away is the adjacent Alsace with its famous cities of Weißenburg, Strasbourg and the half-timbered villages. We look forward to seeing you soon.
