The Castanian Cottage

The Castanian Cottage is a Scandanavian style cottage which was built in 1972. The owners of the property lived in the Cottage while building ‘The Castanian’ which was one of the grand manors in Cooma. The country estate sprawls over 27 acres. The property overlooks the Cooma golf course. Castanian offers 180-degree views to the snow-capped mountains of the Alpine areas, and also the Brindabella Mountains. Just over 1 hr drive to Perisher and Thredbo, The Cottage is your best hub for the Snowy The space The property has 3 spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a single bed, additional foldable bed provided. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, additional foldable bed and travel cot provided. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds. All matresses have electric bed warmers (except on the foldable bed mattresses). Please note the the property can only accomodate a maximum of 7 pax. Guest access You will be provided with your unique access code for the digital lock, please do not share this code with anyone other than your accompanying guests. Please ensure the door is locked whenever you leave the property and during check-out. Other things to note Oil heaters provided in all 3 bedrooms, if you use more than 3 heaters at any one time the RCD might trip.
