Welcome to your Parisian home away from home! Our loft is situated in a historic landmark constructed in 1930 by the famous architect Henri Sauvage. It easily accommodates 6 people, and is ideal for a vacation for friends or family. The space In this spacious loft of 110 square meters, you will be close to all amenities and can easily reach the center of Paris and all its monuments and museums. * LODGING - A private entrance brings you directly into an open living space with 4-meter-high ceilings. There are two sofas, a low table, an Art Deco cupboard and a bookshelf. There is a television. - A dining area with a table and chairs for 6 people has a ceiling fan. - A fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, fan/light and Nespresso coffee machine. - A shower room with toilet and sink also has a washing machine/dryer. - Above the living space, a sleeping mezzanine (low-ceilinged) has a very comfortable double bed. - Upstairs you come into an open space with a double (or two single) beds, as well as a desk. - A bedroom gives off of one side of the open space. There you find a comfortable double bed (140 cm), and a large wardrobe. - A bathroom with a bathtub/shower, sink, toilet, mirrored cabinet and a closet give off of the other side of the open space. *AMENITIES You will have at your disposal: a washing/drying machine, a television, ironing equipment, a hair dryer, 2 portable pedestal fans, a vacuum, a floor washer/steamer and lots of storage space. We provide towels and linens, coffee capsules, tea and basic spices. You will find books and games at your disposal. Fiber Wifi is accessible and free! *ACCESS The loft is on the ground and first (second US) floors. You will have a set of keys at your disposal. The beds will be made for your arrival. The famous flea market is only a few blocks away.
