A convenient half bath is located on this floor. Settle into the living area beside the modern linear fireplace, with a queen-size sofa bed (sleeps 2), Verizon FiOS TV, and fast Wi-Fi. Step out to your private 200 sq ft deck - an inviting outdoor space for morning coffee or evening downtime. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS (UPPER LEVEL) Upstairs, a bright, skylit level offers three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, with ample closet space and shelving. Other things to note Please Note: For stays longer than 30 days, a required monthly cleaning fee of $325, billed separately, applies after the first 30 days and every month thereafter. We strive to make every guest's trip to our home a special one. Please allow us to continue to do so by following a few basic house rules below- 1. Absolutely NO SMOKING. Smoking inside or outside of the house (including the patio) will result in an automatic loss of security deposit. THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE HOME 2. Please respect our neighbors. We ask that you keep noise levels at a reasonable volume especially on the patio terrace after 10 pm. 3. Primary guests must be 25+ to book. 4. Please treat our home as you would your own. Please follow all the house rules. We love hosting and want to make sure we can provide a consistent and exceptional experience for all current and future guests. 5. Please do not use towels to wipe off your make-up. WIPES ARE PROVIDED. 6.
