The nearby BANDIT Golf Club is rated highly in Golf Digest and is a stone’s throw away. * 5 minutes from a Top 10 public golf course in TX * 2 kayaks, 1 canoe * 30 miles to SA / 50 mi. to Austin * Lots of restaurants within 10 miles The space The backyard is on the Guadalupe River which is part of Lake McQueeney. Right now, the river has been reduced a great deal (about 12') to repair the dam. At this time, access to the water is not possible for swimming and is too low for jumping into from our property. Fishing and enjoying the backyard activities are still very relaxing and fun.
