The living room and the dining room, which comfortably seats 8, opens to an updated, fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz counters and breakfast bar, or step out onto a 20' x 27' paved garden terrace with gas grill and outdoor seating for el fresco dining, and outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. At night the cozy bedrooms and comfortable mattresses will lull you to sleep. With central air conditioning and heating and new ceiling fans, you’ll find cottage life relaxing year-round. There’s also an outdoor, heated hot tub/spa for all seasons. A few beach chairs available for use. On-site parking for up to 3 cars, plus a complimentary beach parking pass for street parking at the beaches during the summer season (May 15-Sept 15). Enjoy a walk around the adjacent marina and marshland community. Just over 2 miles to the beach and downtown Rehoboth. Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after each use. Use of hot tub is not guaranteed and at your own risk. Improper use of hot tub may result in additional cleaning fees.
