Come and relax in our beautiful Cotentin region. You will be charmed by the breathtaking view of the beach of Anse Du Brick and its direct access through the custom officers' path in front of the appartement (less than 5 minutes walking distance). 2 restaurants are just at walking distance (one pizzeria, opened in high season from April until end of September, offering take away - and one french cuisine). Our home is freshly renovated (July 2022) with brand new furnitures and home appliances. The space Total of 60 sqm + outdoor area around 15 sqm - Entrance with a wardrobe and hangers - Large bright living room / Dining room and open kitchen (fully equipped) with big windows (sliding door) with direct view on the coast and the beach and with electric curtains. - A short corridor (including a washer and dryer) with direct access to the 2 bedrooms, separated WC and a bathroom (large shower) and its heated hangers. - Room 1 : queen bed with its 2 bed tables, large wardrobe (with hangers) and a small space for study. - Room 2: Bunk beds (2 single) + 1 extra single bed and a convenient wardrobe (with hangers) - Outdoor: a terrace longing the whole apartment. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment and its terrace. Other things to note Ideal for 4 pax (1 couple + 2 kids) The top bed of the bunk bed is not suitable for <5 years old and >50kg (190 cm x 90cm). We offer a foldable baby cot and a baby chair upon request. Possibility to have 1 more guest (ideally kid) with the extra bed in the second bedroom (190cm x 90cm) Toys (lego, barbies, playmobil , fluffy teddies, dolls), board games (monopoly, scrabble...), kids books are available in French and English.
