Larch Yurt
Description
Larch Yurt is our most recent creation and is new for the 2021 season. Larch Sleeps up to 5 people and is set up with a double bed, a single bed and a set of bunk beds. Larch is a totally unique design based on a traditional yurt but with a contemporary twist that really makes it something special. The space As with our other yurts Larch is off grid and has a wood burning stove. Larch however has a few other additions. It is fully insulated and double glazed. The main living space in Larch is 20ft in diameter with the addition of a separate kitchen area gives it a more spacious feel than the traditional yurts. There is also a covered seating area, perfect for soaking up the sights and sounds of the forests what ever the weather! Larch also benefits form a solar panel that powers LED lights within. Guest access Larch is one of the closes yurts to the hub, it is approximately 80 metres up a gentle hill. For those of you booking in a larger group, the closest yurts to larch are Aspen (sleeps 4) and Rowan (sleeps 4). Larch is a dog friendly Yurt. You will have exclusive access to your (lockable) yurt, access to quality toilet/shower facilities where you have hot water and Wi-Fi access 24 hours a day, and access to the 150 acres of farmland, seafront and forest that comprise the estate. We are on a small working farm so be aware that young and mature livestock are in the adjacent fields. Other things to note No mains electricity or running water in the Yurt! We supply a re fillable water container. You have a wood-burning stove to heat the yurt. We supply the first basket of firewood, additional bags cost £5 and can be purchased directly from us. We also supply a cool box, there is a freezer at the Hub where you can change out ice packs daily. Parking is located next to the hub and a short walk from the yurts.
