Newly built luxury cottage by the beach

You will love this unique and romantic home overlooking one of Denmark's best beaches and close to Rønbjerg. The house is newly built in a classic Danish style that fits the area with a lot of small Danish cottages that are close to each other and everyone greets each other. The heart of the house is a larger kitchen dining room living area where families can make everything from food, creative play or enjoy a good movie together. The house has 2 bedrooms, one of which has a loft so there is room for the very large family. The space The house has 2 bedrooms. One has a queen size bed and access to the bathroom through a small hallway that also has a large wardrobe with a combined washer-dryer. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 queen size beds and a loft with another queen size bed. We call this the “tower room” because there are 3 levels and it can potentially sleep 6 people there. However, the whole house is best suited for max. 4 adults + children. The house has a fast fiber internet connection, Philips Hue light control, Sonos sound system, a large TV and a modern alarm. In all rooms, there is a door to the outdoors and lots of light. There is a large sunny enclosed terrace where you can enjoy being private. On the terrace, there is an outdoor shower with hot water so you can enjoy being outdoors while taking a bath. There is a new barbecue and plenty of tables and chairs. On the front of the house there is a small garden with grass. This one is fenced with a cute little fence. Close to Lendrup Strand (only 10 minutes drive) is Rønbjerg holiday center which has many activities such as a large water park. Other things to note In addition to the rent, electricity consumption is paid. This is settled at DKK 5 per KWH. Take a picture of the meter on arrival and again at check-out. The area has no sewer and water therefore runs off into a 5000-liter sewer tank. In order for the tank not to fill up quickly, we ask that you think about how much water you use and, when possible, use the outdoor shower to bathe. ATTENTION! - Children must not play with the green sewer lid as it is life-threatening to fall into the tank. Blackout for the two round windows is not yet complete.
